It makes me so sad how the LDS church is being ostracized for its backing of Proposition 8. Is it any surprise that they were such ardent supporters of something that has been taught since the beginning of time? It is an issue that they have not wavered. Not once.

its interesting cause mormons only make up 1% of the population of california. not enough to pass the propositon by themselves.
80% of african americans voted for the proposition but you dont see protestors outside the NAACP
